Mentoring & Professional Supervision
Rachel provides supervision to dietitians and other health professionals, supporting them to further develop their own nutrition counselling skills and with their ongoing professional nutrition education options.
Supervision with Rachel suits those who are interested to further explore well-evidenced models of nutrition care with clients, communities and populations. In particular, supervisees who are looking to expand their understanding and practice skills in the areas of: person-centre care; motivational interviewing; evidenced based behaviour change models; and who are working to support lasting eating behaviour change for individuals, communities and populations.
